PT3 HUD problems with Pokerstars

I've ciphered through the FAQ:s and the forum posts and getting a grip on most issues now. E.g. I have the problem with displaying hands in PT3 and also tournament hands showing up as ring game hands.
But the thing that is bothering me right now is the HUD. While playing tournaments I don't seem to be able to get the HUD up and running. Usually, the HUD appears first when I've been moved to a new table if even then. I'm running Windows XP by the way. When the HUD is up and running it seems to work fine, it's just that it wont appear for the most part when starting a new tournament. Any suggestions?

Please check your filters on the HUD Options section of the HUD config window - make sure you don't have the minimum hands required set too high, and uncheck 'show stats from current limit only. Bear in mind when you first start a tournament you may well not have played any of the players before and hence not have any stats to show.

i have the same problem. cashgame works but in tournaments, there is no HUD.

logging is enabled and all other required configs are also ok.

can anybody help?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a single tournament and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

I had the same problem, but since I switched the language in Pokerstars to "english" (Language -> play in -> english) it works fine now. :D Maybe this will help anyone...

I have the same problem with MTTs on Stars with PT3 build 2. The Hud simply doesn't show up. I have the check box "Start automatically" marked and the minimum number of hands set to 1. Mucked hands aren't shown either.

Wanted to send the Log files to support, but I can't find the PokerTrackerHUD.log file. Where is it supposed to be?

[EDIT]Please, forget my question. I installed Beta 17 and it now works perfectly fine.
