PT3 hud problem

I always get a HUD problem, when i try to play a SnG, or tourney, and a cash game at the same time. The hud stops importing hands on stars. Is there anyway to fix?

Are you using Beta 17?
Are you on Vista? Are you running both PT3 and Stars as Administrator?
If you play just cash OR tournament, do the hands continue to import OK over a long session?

yes, im using Beta 17 and I am on windows XP. I am talking about when I play a tournament and cash game on stars concurrently, the stats on the HUD do not update.

Yes, I understood what you meant - I just wanted to clarify whether it was working correctly if you play one or the other?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single cash table and a single tournament (together, so as to show the problem) and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
