Error from PokerTracker.log on Titan

The HUD doesn't work. OS: Vista Ultimate. This is the error from PokerTracker.log :

2008/09/20 01:29:22.474: [00003504][TableManager] Could not locate window for table: 'Havana (Beginner), 205179151'

Does anyone know the solution?

What version of PT3 are you using?
Do you get this same error for all tables?

I've tried the F.A.Q. and it didn't help.
I have Poker Tracker 3.00, Build 2, that would be the latest, I'm sure. I get that error for all tables.

Please update to Beta 16 from this link:
