Unable to import Hands with Vista

I bought PT3 when it was released. Everything ran fine.
Now i bought a new Computer using Vista and i'm unable to import hands.
I executed both PT3 and Pokerstars as admin. That message pops up.

I used my PT3-Key the 3rd time. Anything to do with that?
Current Version running is Version 3.00 built 2

You need Beta 17 to work with pokerstars after their update a couple of weeks ago.
Download and install PT3.
