hud ....wrong positioning....not solvable??

Postby hagscel » Sat Sep 20, 2008 3:43 pm

hiho

running pokertracker 3 (17) on windows xp, pokersite is pokerstars,
the followimg problem constantly appears: after the first hands has been imported the hud pops up, but always at the wrong positions. I`ve checked the faq and followed each and every of your suggestions to solve this, still i cannot get this fixed.
this wasn`t too much of an issue, as long i grouped all stats in 1 group, but since i started to work with multiple groups this is so anno<ying.
i would appreciate, if there were any further suggestions to solve this.

thanks a ton

You're using 'preferred seating' as an option, aren't you, not 'sit me here' after you join the table?
Have you configured the preferred seating option on the auto import tab of PT3?

hello whiterider,

thanks for the quick response....and yes, i do. i clicked it on the site options and pt 3 recognized it and added it in the pokerstars configuration.

But it's still not putting the stats at the correct seats?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
