new version wont load hands

So I just downloaded the latest relase and it wont load hands from Stars. Maybe I installed it wrong, I am using Vista. Fwiw, it was working fine up until I installed the patch.

Beta 18?
Make sure that Stars is still writing the hand histories, sometimes the updates can turn this off. Also I understand that now on Vista pokerstars won't write hand histories to the "Program Files" folder, so make sure you configure it somewhere else.

It may be that there was another pokerstars update I wasn't aware of.
The HUD is working for me using the memory scanner, but it sounds like the hand history import isn't working. I'll make sure the developers are aware of this and I'm sure we'll get a comment once they come back online. (Bear in mind they're in the US).
Keep an eye on the forum for updates.

They are still being saved to my folder on the desktop. They just arent being imported because of an error.

What error are you getting? Are you using Build 2 or Beta 18?

I am using version 3.00 build 2. The error is invalid hand history line.

I actually just reinstalled beta 18 and it is working fine. Is there a way to make it where pt3 only gives me updates that work for sure, cause there was a popup when I turned on pt3 yesterday telling me I needed to download build 2. Thanks again.

When you are running a beta version you shouldn't get told to reinstall Build 2, since it is an older version, but if you do you can just ignore it until it starts telling you about Build 3.
