Can't saved observer hands on stars

[ThePromised1]

I am using windows vista on a new pc. Got everything to work but there seem to be a few problems. I can't save observer hands on poker stars. on fulltilt it was working fine. On stars when i'm sitting at a table and play the hands will be saved fine. In PT3 it says pokerstar is not configured to save the files, but i have set pokerstars to save hands. Also when i'm playing HU is working just fine but the cards that shows up after the hand is over is showing up at the wrong places. Please help

Pokerstars does not allow datamining so hands from observed tables are not imported (other than the 30 hands per session we are allowed for table selection).
For the heads up tables, you will need to drag the mucked cards into the correct positions just like you do the stat groups.
