That sounds like you're using Build 2?

Please update to the latest version:
Download and install PT3.
Beta 18 release notes.

OK, then maybe you don't have it configured properly to import played hands. Up to 30 OBSERVED hands can be imported at the start of a session, and once these have been imported they will stop and you will need to have PT3 importing the hand history files written by pokerstars, so you need to make sure that stars is configured properly.

Please check the configuration guide: http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT ... =starsconf
..and the PT3 Importing FAQ.

If you're on Vista, check where the files are configured to be written to - apparently they can no longer be written to the Program Files folder.

Are you running both PT3 and Pokerstars as Administrator? Right click the shortcut and select 'Run As Administrator'. This is different to being logged in as an Administrator.
