HUD disappeared /crushed when multitabling on stars

i used beat 18 to multitable (12 tables) in cash games on stars and found that HUD(all stats on the screen) disappeared once or twice every one or two hours.Sometimes, its also occasionally crushed and forced me to restart the whole thing. I'm just wondering why this problem lasted soooo long when multitabling on stars. Seriously, it has negative impact on my winning rate already. Also, its definitely -EV for all daily heavy multitablers/grinders on stars if this issue will not be fixed pretty soon.
By the way, my PC is powerful enough to do any heavy multitask though.
