just downloaded trial version and....

when i try to get on, it wants me to download the POSTGRESQL, but whenever i click ok to download, my windows installer pops up and starts to prepare to download, then a message pops up saying that the windows installer service could not be accessed because it is either running in safe mode or is not installed correctly?? Anyone have any ideas as to how to correctly configure this so i can download the postgreSQL??

Download Beta 18 WITH POSTGRES from the Download page.

IF you use Vista, read this thread, but try the 'with postgres' installer before doing any of this.
