auto-import fails: too many clients?

I'm just doing an FT auto-import, and this is the error I get:

Fatal Exception during Auto-Import process: Unable to login to database (PlayedHands). Reason: FATAL: sorry, too many clients already

I've searched the forums and haven't found anyone else who's had the same problem. What can I do to fix this?

Have you tried re-booting your computer?
If you still get this error after a restart, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log and file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
