NO CREDIT - Won 3 SNG Satellites for $10+1 entry + $22 $T.

Postby mossback1 » Sat May 03, 2008 11:30 pm

On Full Tilt, I played in 3 SNG's (satellite to Midnight Madness) this evening.
In each case, I won an entry to the $10+1 Midnight Madness Torunament.
As only 1 seat is permitted per player, I was credited with the 2 wins by $22 in Tournament dollars ($10+1 each)...
But PT3 gave me no credit for any of these wins and my ROI is -100 for each SNG (OUCH to my stats).

Then when I get knocked-out of $10+1 (won this seat), stats indicate a loss of $11 again... and I didn't pay for seat (won it)!

You need to manually enter the tournament results - see the Tournament menu.
(I haven't played any tournaments in PT3, so I don't know if entry to other tournaments is possible to store yet.)

Yeah, I just manually enter satellite results (if I win a seat, I just enter the prize won amount as the buy-in). This way my ROI is correct, whether I enter the tournament or cash out the $T

This sucks. I play a ton of Sats and would hate to manually enter the result. Isn't there something you can do to make our lives easier?

Tournament results entry will be made easier - see the Development Timeline.
I'm sure this will include satellite entry if the information is available in a file or email anywhere, but PT3 can't just invent the information if the poker site doesn't generate it / write it somewhere.

Are the tourney summaries that Full Tilt creates as a part of their hand histories helpful? It seems like you can get the info that you need from these files. (for Full Tilt)

Those Full Tilt summary files should be imported automatically.
Is that not happening for you? I don't think it will work for satellite seats yet, though..

It's working, just not for Satellites as you state. Great job BTW. I'm bias to having the auto import work for Satellites because they are like 80% of my bankroll.

OK, please attach one of the satellite summary files to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket.
It may be a while before this can be added, but if you create a ticket it won't get forgotten.
Thanks.
