hud and stats dont work

i bougth pt3 1 week ago and it only autoimport hands. the hud and stats dont work.
the help support hasnt solved the problem.
i send already the necessary information but problem isnt fixed.
this is during too long. dont know what to do.
is there no life support?
i cant believe this takes already a week.
