I've just been playing 9 tables, when all of a sudden my tables go crazy. Opening and closing on there own due to the HUD. I timed out on all the tables, two of which I was playing monster pots for my limit. This software has cost me close on $250, I had a different problem which I posted last week that also timed me out. WTF is going on. Its a fucking joke. I've just tryed to restart it and now the HUD doesn't show any stats either. This is a fuckin scam, absolutly worthless. The Winnings tab shows bluff information if you play past 12pm. The graphs dont have the same amounts as your stats. It is worthless. There is no point in this software! It does nothing its meant to do, and it will forever cost you money. I'm badly pissed at the fact you've charged me for this.


The reply i'm expecting is, take screenshots and send them to us. NO! why the fuck should I? If I buy software I expect it to work. There was no warning message when I bought this product, why? There should be a big warning message, saying do not download this piece of shit software, it does not work!

We realise these problems are frustrating and are working to fix them, but you've obviously realised before this that there are problems with the HUD already (looking at your other posts..), so maybe you should use PT2 and PAHud until we can get a more stable build out?
Have you been using PT3 over the last week or so? Does it work better if you play less tables?
As for playing past midnight, if you set the "my day starts at" option on the Settings window it should help.

When will a new build be out, its been a long time. I have so many problem with PT3 and hud its a joke. I have had better results from beta software. I can't believe I paid over $80 dollars for it. It just makes me go on software tilt. And I have seen an update available for about a month. I wouldnt blame u guys if you just are going to scrap this thing, I would be glad to have a refund!

I'm afraid I don't know when the next build will be out - I wish I could tell you, but it will be out as soon as it's ready, that's all I know.
Beta 12 released last week fixes some of the HUD issues for some people, but is not a complete solution, which is why it was out as a beta release to be tested.

My HUD wont even come on now. Also using PT2 is no option for me, i use the same databases for several software's.
