Table tracker says 0 players with stats

Got an issue with Table tracker in beta 12. It displays zero players with stats even though I'm 100% sure I have stats on some of the players. I know I've selected the correct level too (4NL = 2/4NL), also in table detail it says in red "query does not have a result set". What's wrong? As far as I remember TT worked in the build 2 16thmay edition, (but I could be wrong on this)..

Try restarting PokerTracker 3? That has been known to fix "query does not have a result set" errors on occasion.

I've been having this problem too which I submitted a ticket for last week. Sometimes restarting helps, sometimes it doesn't.

In testing this today I find that when I open FT and PT3 and use Table tracker from the server computer I get these "0 players with stats" issues. When I log in to FT and connect to the PT3 database from my remote laptop the stats are pulled up in TT fine.

The stats pull up fine on the server computer using the standard "Texas Hold'em" tab, so it's finding the database fine from the server... but table tracker has some bug.

Has anyone else had this problem? Its a tremendous pain with how often is has been happening. Perhaps is is related to connecting to the same database from multiple computers (though I only do one at a time and have tried restarting Full Tilt, PT3, and postgre).

So you are saying that your database is on one computer and you can access it from both computers this way? Which computer do you get the 0 stats error with? Can you see stats in the program regardless? Like, click on the texas holdem tab and pull up the cash games tab. Do you see information here?

Maybe I wasn't clear enough as I thought I answered these questions, but yes I have a 'remote' laptop and 'server' desktop connecting to the same database on the desktop. The stats pull up fine on both the server desktop and the remote laptop in the "texas hold'em" cash game tab. Surprisingly the errors come from the local server computer in TT, as the remote computer runs TT fine. I have not been running them at the same time and make sure I close one out before I open it on the other computer.

Is this the issue you created the ticket for?
It will be investigated, but there are a lot of tickets so I'm afraid you won't get a solution straight away - once the HUD stability issues are fixed (new beta due out in the next day or 2) then other issues will be worked on.
If not, please create a ticket for this issue too.
