party import errors

just installed beta13 upgrade - still getting invalid pot size/winnings on party imports, any way to fix this?

How many are you getting?
There are some hands which are just written incorrectly by the Party software, but not very many so if you have a lot it must be something else.
First, please double check that it says beta 13 in the PT3 title bar, and if so attach a few of the hand histories which are causing problems to the Support system , and link to this thread.

it's 1% of my hands, which doesn't sound like a lot but i import in the millions.

i tried to re-import hands after upgrading to beta 13 but they all had the same pot size/winnings import error.

i'll send some into the support system as you have suggested...but this should be a regular problem that most people are having...

Same problem.

I correct the "Invalid Pot Size" messages by requesting the history to party poker and by correcting manually the relevant hands in the history file.

When I re-import the corrected file on a fresh database:

- no more "Invalid Pot Size" messages
- but I have SQL error messages in the interface of PT3.

So, no solution. I am not sure that it is a Party problem !

all_mine, if you can attach some of the hands that cause the SQL error messages in PT3 to a support ticket, it will help me resolve the problem.
