It says: Unbale to login to database(PT3DB).Reason:could not connect server:connection refused(0x0000274D/10061)
Is the server running on host "localhost"
What i should do?(first time using pt)

Please read the Postgres FAQ and see if anything in there helps first.

I'm having the same problem. My previuos PT2 didn't have the postgres at all.
I downloaded the one without postgres and when I launch a box comes up wanting a password and port etc....
help

If you don't have postgres installed already, you NEED to download PT3 WITH postgres.
