Doesn't import histories starting with chat

Everest-histories starting with chat doesn't import, it says: "Unrecognized file format."

Hi,
I think i had the same problem. I already sent a ticket with 2 hh file but i didn't explain the source of the problem because i didn't find it.
My ticket number is 17931.
The 2 file i attach to the ticket start with chat so it seem to confirm the source of the problem.
