Import sopped working

Hello

My hand import stopped working ,keep geting this error:

That doesn't sound good. First thing to try is (of course) stopping PT3, make sure postgres is running (Start -> Programs -> Postgres -> Start Service), restart PT3.
Or try a reboot.
If you are still having trouble after that, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log to the
Support system , and link to this thread.

You could also try creating a new database and try importing a few hands into it, see if it's a problem with your existing database.
Can you still see data on the main app reports?
