Hud And Histories Questions

1) I am really fed up with the PT3 issues so will be using PT2 for a while however i played some hands and imported into PT3. Is there any way to export those hands from the few days where i was using pt3 so that i can import them into PT2 for the time being so that i can use the stats and see my hourily rate etc?

2) Forgive the question you have probably been asked 100s of times but when can we expect PT3 to be working 100% or at least as good at PT2; i mean a fully working hud as well as no other major errors. Will it be days, weeks, or a month?

3) I assume that this issue you know about but i cannot use the hud with party poker at all as it uses up 100% of my processor, and yes my PC is more than powerful enough, when will this issue in particulr be resolved?

Hello,

First of all, what version are you using? Beta 13 works really well for most of our users and the issues you're explaining makes it sound like you're not running Beta 13.

1. About exporting hands from PT3, you can do this by going to the database management screen, selecting your database and export the hands. Selective export is not yet in there but is high priority and should be added in not too long.

2. As mentioned, Beta 13 works really good for most of our users and that means fully working HUD and no major errors. I know there are people playing 20+ tables with the HUD without issues. The known issues with Beta 13 are listed in this thread.

3. The HUD shouldn't have these problems with PartyPoker. Please reproduce the issue and attach your log files to a Support Ticket and we'll look into it.
