MISSING HANDS AFTER EVERY SESSION

After every session I play i am missing hands under the "positions" tab.

For example today I played 6,194 hands of NL100 and it is only showing 5,702 hands played under the posiiton tab. This has happened every day that I have played for the past week, When I import the hands it shows that I imported 6,194 hands with 0 duplicates so where are the missing hands?

Is there a setting or a filter that i am missing somewhere? I have searched but i havent used any filters as of yet, is there a general reset button?

To make sure you have no filters set, click the "Clear" button.
How many hands does it show on the other tabs, is it just position that is wrong?

All the other tabs say the same # of hands as the position tab, but it's not correct. I clicked the clear button and nothing happens

It happeed again today, I played a 2 hour session 24 tabling and I played 3,035 hands on Stars, I clicked on the stats button on the Stars table and that's where it shows how many hand I played for that 2 hour session. The auto import says it imported 3,035 hands which matches what the Stars tables said i played.

Before todays session PT3 said i had a total of 61,193 hands played Since June 1st

However it only shows i have a total of 63,971 hands played after todays session so I am missing 257 hands

The money that PT3 says I made each day hasn't matched up for the past week compared to what my records say I made each day. I havent been able to match my Stars balance to my PT3 winnings for the past week or so. I play for a living and I keep acurate records in a spreadsheet.

PT3 says I made $339.45 today and my records show Imade $501.98. I am missing hands somewhere I just don't know where

It happened again this morning, played a 2 hour session of 2,857 hands and PT only shows I played 2,717 hands. My winnings from my records and PT3 do not match up I am positive I do not have any filters set.

did you leave any tables before the hh data could be written to the history folder?

If you want to investigate...
Create a simple custom report ("Reports" tab), choose section "Holdem Cash Hands" and add just a couple of stats - Hand#, and date.
Name the report and run it. I *think* the Hand# column will have a total telling you how many hands there are.
Does that list all the hands? (You could try filtering by date too, and see if you still get the correct numbers.)

Sorry it's been a while and I havent had a chance to test this.

Anyways I made a custom report and the numbers still don't match up, It matches what it says i imorted but not how many hand I actually played

So I'm at a loss as to what is causing this

What version are you using now?

Do you have a registered version?
If so, try beta 14 and create a new DB and re-import your hands - I guess you still have them in the 'move processed files to' folder?

It's not registered so I can't use creat a new database. I haven't registered because of the missing hands problem. I have been using PT2 for years and I guess I will have to go back to it if i can't figure it out. I play for a living and I can't afford to have missing hands from my database

Just to clarify - when you import it reports the correct number of hands importing, but you can't see them all in the PT3 reports?

Next time you see this, please zip/compress all the hand history files for your session and attach them to our Support system , and link to this thread so that we can investigate.
Tell us how many hands you played, how many were reported as imported on the auto-import window, and how many show up in the Reports.
