After all of the other problems were fixed and I was happy for a day, my HUD went down. Though, strangely, the hands and board are showing after like they should...
Any help out there?

After 2nd attempt, the renaming of the layout file to layout.backup worked. The first attempt seemed to have screwed up the layout file and so I cut and pasted it to my desktop. After restart it worked again.

If you put that layout.backup file back, does it stop working again? If so, please attach it to the support system.
