Importing Hand History from PT2 to PT3

Hi,

I just purchased PT3, I had PT1 and PT2, but my latest version of PT2 was a trial version and I can't seem to login to it anymore but I can see the HH data base shown in explorer as a 541,472 KB MDB file. I just want to load it into PT3 and I have searched to forms, but I am having no luck with the manual import. Please advise.

PT3 cannot convert Access (.mdb) databases so you will need to export those hand histories from your PT2 database first.
If you can't get into PT2 you will have to ask in the PT2 forums., if your PT2 is a trial version then it will only have a max of 1000 hands, so not too much to lose, I guess..
If you previously registered PT2 create a ticket on the Support system and give your registration details so a new key can be issued.
