Tournament Summaries and new version of MSN Hotmail

I'm having problems trying to import tournament summaries manually to PT3. I am receiveing my pokerstars tourny summaries as emails to my hotmail account, however when I try and paste them to a text file I seem to have problems with the wordwrap.

Does anyone know how to solve this with the new version of MSN Hotmail?

I have tried to change the line width using the solution posted in PT2 FAQ's however with the new version of hotmail it does not seem to give me a "mail display settings" option as the older version did.

I have looked on my Yahoo account too but under "general preferences" it does not offer a "screen width" option as suggested either.

Any ideas would be appreciated?

Instead of copy paste, just save the email to your hard drive. Even if you are using a web browser to view the emails, just save the html page that contains the email and you should be good to go. Then just import the saved file.

I have tried to do this but the webpage will not save.

I get 90% throught the saving process and then get an error message saying "webpage cannot be saved". I assume this is because it is a hotmail account.

Any ideas?

What application are you copy/pasting into?
Try using a non-formatting editor like Notepad.

I initially tried to copy/paste the emailed tourney summaries to notepad and they import the file, however when I paste it into notepad the summary becomes one long list going across the screen. As opposed to listing itself vertically as the summary comes in email format.

I have manually corrected this in notead once for a summary - but it is a laborious task and not something I want to have to do continuously.

Ah, sorry - you said that already, didn't you.
Have you tried pasting it into other apps, like Word, or even Wordpad, and saving as text?
I don't know what Hotmail does to the summaries, but I would think you ought to be able to get the correct info out.

Tried it and it works fine using word and then saving as text file.
