PT3 says "version already running" but not showing up

When I opened PT3 tonight, the initial loading screen came on (the one w/ the build date, etc) but the program never came up. The icon did not appear in the toolbar and I was not able to close it. When I tried to open it again, it said it can't be opened b/c there is a version already running. I even restarted my computer and it still tells me that a version is still running but PT3 is nowhere to be seen. Anyone know how to fix this?

I don't know how that could be after a reboot, but look in Task Manager / Processes and end any PokerTracker.exe processes.
