HUD only current stats, PT not closing well

Hi, it took a lot of work (& contact with the suport), but I finally menaged to get PokerTracker3 and its HUD working. However, when I'm using the HUD, only stats from older handhistories and stats of the current table are shown. This means that when I'm playing at multiple tables, there are diferences between the stats of 1 player, because they have done different things at the tables. Is this just a setting I have to change? Or a bug? As far as I know, I have got the option "Only show stats of current table" turned off. Any ideas?

Further, everytime I'm trying to close down PokerTracker3, it is not working. It is just not closing down, and the only way of closing it down is the End Program option at the Windows Task Manager. Is this a known bug?

I may be using the trial version, but I heard that shouldn't be the problem. I do already have the beta 13 version.

I use Everest Poker by the way, don't know if it makes a difference, but it causes no harm mentioning it ;)

This can be caused by the Refresh Rates setting. Players' stats are updated less often when you have more hands on them as the values will change less with each new hand.

Edit: As for the closing down issue, it shouldn't be affected by being the trial. Do you stop auto import before closing? Do you have any of the tabs updating (e.g. click Refresh then close)?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log to the
Support system after closing PT3 and getting your problem, but before starting PT3 again, and link to this thread.

I think it´s the same problem i´ve got when playing 12 tables at a time (seems to me like it doesn´t happen, if i play 2 or 3 tables).

The auto import freezes randomly. Closing pt3 isn´t possible then without the taskmanager. But every function like filters etc. still work. To stop the autoimport and restart it has no effect.

After restarting pt3 and the autoimport i get an error message for some hands (i think the hands pt3 was importing when autoimport freezed) like "invalid potsize/winnings for hand xxxx in line xxxx".

It´s Beta 13, Vista Home Premium 64bit.

Are you running Beta 13? If not, please download and install Beta 13 Without PostgreSQL from our downloads page (scroll down past Build 2).

If you are running Beta 13, could you please submit a few of these hand histories that are causing problems to us via the support system? That way we can figure out what is going on with those specific hands that is causing trouble.
