HUD does not show correct number of hands

Hi, I am running the PT3 HUD. I am finding that the the total number of hands displayed on my HUD are not the same as I have in the database for a particular player.

So, if I set, in HUD options, that the 'player ranges are between 6 and 6 players, I find that the player stats are not picking up the same number of hands that I see if I search PT General for the same player with a setting to pick hands with between 6 and 6 players....I am not explaining this very well, but I am sure you get it :-)

while I am at it, I have another issue. Not sure how I have managed this, but now the HUD popup statistics are chronically displayed on the screen (for all players at the same time!!) :-) I can't even see the screen....I must have inadvertently switched on some option, but I don't know what.. Thanks

One more question, I just read the HUD documentation and it referred to an 'Advanced HUD User's Guide', but I cannot find it on your website. Could you please point me to it?

How different are the number of hands? HUD stats aren't updated every hand - see Refresh Rates in the guide I link below.

Do you mean the pop up stats are shown on the table all the time, not just when you click on the table stats?
You have probably changed their group to "show on table ...". Again, see the link below.
