File Format .pt3 Files?

Would it be possible to publish the file structures of the .pt3/.pte files?
I'm especially interested in the files containing the stats definitions, since I'm currently developing my own HUD and it would be pretty cool to be able to use the stats definitions from Poker Tracker.
