Can't even upgrade to beta 13 from build 2...HELP!

I get this error message when upgrading from build 2 (with postregl). My computer is newly reformatted, and has no firewall, anti-virus program or any of that jazz running. It only has ftp, pt3, and the files I need to upgrade.

I followed instructions for upgrading...stop pt3, and get the beta build w/o postrsgl, and it works. But I always get this message....

NSIS Error: The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete. This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus.

You may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy.

It maybe possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch (NOT RECOMMENDED).

have you tried suggestion 3 and download a fresh copy from this website?

Yes, please try to download again (I'd advice downloading Beta 13). Seeing as you say you have no antivirus or firewall I'm not sure what else it would be.
