Not all hands from database displayed in hud

Hey I was using the PT3 hud today and for players who have over 5k hands in my database, only stats from today appeared on the HUD. I have not checked any filters.
I am not sure why this is happening.
Also in my position stats in PT3 i have a hand in Position 4 from the btn that should be in SB. I only play 6max so there is never a 4th player from btn. I checked the hand replayer
and I was in the sb. Is there any way to correct this error?

The popup stats include the full database but the stats on the table only include todays stats for some reason.

Which version is this in? Please try updating to Beta 13 if you aren't already using it and see if you're still having these issues.

Ok i sent all the logfile etc in the support ticket. What do i do next?

You don't need to do anything else unless you get a response to your ticket requesting more info. Your ticket will be investigated but please be patient, there are a lot of tickets.
