HUD and my stats

Not sure if this has already been addressed, but I still have a problem with my stats displaying in the HUD. It will work for a while and then just disappear for no reason. All the other stats are displayed, just mine disappears. I can stop and restart the HUD and it will return, or I can I can click the PT emblem on the table and go into configure stats (I don't have it running so I don't know for sure what it is called, go inside and just click OK to save changes (although I haven't changed a thing) and it reappears.

Working a lot inside PT3 now and love the new application!

Is this in Beta 13? Please try renaming your Data\Layouts.pt3 file to revert to the default layout and see if you're still having these issues. Please enable logging and attach your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files to a Support Ticket. If the file name change helped, please also attach your old layouts.pt3 file after zipping it down.

No this isn't Beta...this is the commercial release, and it has been that way for me since the start. I also don't know if there is a difference between one table versus multitabling since I pretty much only play multi.

Please try beta 13, this issue is fixed for most people by beta 13.

I also have this problem on Full Tilt only. I don't recall the problem w/beta but never downloaded 13 either. 12 was the last version that I was able to get.

I upgraded to Beta 13. Had no problems with the install and did it without a single problem to the database. The problem is "way" worse now all the stats are completely disappearing and reappearing at will. Sometimes I can see some of the stats and others I can't see any. It is just kind of flickering all over the screen. This isn't good...I grind multitabling and rely on these stats.

What do you need from me? What do you need me to do?
