Hi,
since yesterday I play on Everest again. the PT3 dosn't work properly. After a player left the table PT stops importing hands. First time I could close the programm and start new to get PT to import again. But after that not even this is possible. When the next player leaves PT stops importing again and I can't even close PT. I played a second Tournament and the same problem occured.
Every help is appriciated!

What version are you using? If it's not beta 13, please try that. Download page, scroll down for beta 13.
Otherwise, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log to the
