Version Expiring

Postby arcticmonkey77 » Sun Jun 29, 2008 8:17 am

Hi,

I've just tried to log in but a pop up telling me my version of poker tracker is about to expire. If I update with the new version will all my stats be saved?

Thanks

Please look at the other posts before adding a new one - there is an almost identically titled one already there!

Please see my answer here: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=7616&p=38804#p38804

Just re-download the same version you are already using (without postgres).

You could do a search..? This has been asked many times.
Postgres is the database that PT3 uses to store it's information. If you have PT3 installed and running already, you don't need to worry about it. If you want to know more, there are plenty of posts about it.

I've just logged in and have been asked to download the program again! I only did this 2 days ago, is this right?

Sounds like you didn't install the program. Redownload it from our Download Page, download a version WITHOUT PostgreSQL, I'd recommend Beta 13. Make sure to shut down PT3 and then install the recently downloaded version over-top of your current PT3 installation. You should now be able to start the program again.
