hi, i got problem with hud, where i can download beta 12?

Do you have a problem in beta 13?
If so, please do this first: Having Hud Problems? READ THIS!
To get beta 12, you can just change the download link for beta 13 to say '12'.
Beta 14 should be released in the next day or 2, though, with further HUD fixes.
