Can't buy

I am not sure i asking this in right forum, but anyways.
My version of PT3 is expired, so i rightfully went to site to purchase, but there i stuck.
When i fill my VISA info i come to next page (succesfully verified) and see two buttons 'buy now' or 'pay now', afterwards i am redirected to paypal site with page titled 'Not found paypal' and links 'retry' and 'return back'(can't remember proper name of that link).
I am now sitting and guessing, because if i just spend thrice 90 bucks (i did that routine three times), things looks kinda seriously hairy. Because i got nothing.

If you download and install Beta 13 (or reinstall Build 2) the expiration notice will go away and you will be able to use PokerTracker 3 again.

Sorry, but i meant that i can't buy soft via site->visa.

Sorry, but i already have MB visa account, but after some ~300$ here/there transactions they started to demand passport verification on non clear objectives - i, for example, do not have international passport and live in rented flat. Actually i hate MB, because they still own my 5 bucks :D
I just asking if here any potential bug in PT->Paypal payment routine, or i am first requesting potential issue.

I need PT, because i dont like to play blind, but even if i am willing to buy software, i can't, which is kinda stupid :|

It's been used plenty of times before, but I guess there may have been a problem with the paypal site for a while - have you tried again since?
