HUD issue with new download

My stats are not showing with the new version. They did in the previous one.

Also the button configuration still does not keep its place when you save the layout. Anybody using BetPot on Stars knows it causes a problem. When you right click it puts you all in. As of today, it cost me two buy-ins (I was called and lost). This is getting expensive.

I know I should check before accepting the bet, but when you are multitablig 6-8 tables, you just don't see it.

Also, do they appear if you revert to the default layout by renaming the layouts.pt3 file to something else? If they do, please compress your modified layouts.pt3 file and attach it to a Support Ticket.

I had the same problem. It worked for me once I opened my poker clients and PT3 under the "Run as Administrator" option.

Problem 1
The hud is showing for all other players, but mine do not show.

Problem 2
The HUD config button does not keeps it's place when you move it and save your layout.

Upgrade:
PT told me a new version was available. I downloaded the new version. Close PT3 and installed it. I use the download that does not contain the Postgress db.

Nicely configured. Seriously I have no idea what you are talking about here.

Windows XP and PokerStars ;), AutohotKey, Excel, Antivirus. MSN, plus probably a ton of other apps (this is windows after all)...

Yes they do appear! I will create a Support ticket and send my layout.

probably something in that modified hud of yours...

so try and stick with a basic hud for now - the one you got by renaming the layouts file, that shows your stats; until the support ticket gets actioned...
