Trial Version won't work!

I am trying the trial version before I decide if I am going to purchase the software.

The only problem is, nothing seems to be working. I use Poker Stars and when I have PS Open I see nothing going on with PT 3.0. I've tried setting up a database, but can't with the trial version??? How am I suppose to load my account into the software so it can help track me.

I'm really not sure what else to do, if someone can point me in the right direction to get going I would really appreciate it.

Obviously you have carefully read and followed the Quick Start Guide that has been specially prepared to get you up and running quickly.

Would you kindly explain to us, using as many words as necessary, where in this process you have gotten confused?

Yes, I'd recommend checking our documentation as well. I'd specifically recommend the Quick Start Guide and the PokerStars Configuration Guide.

The trial version is limited so you can only use one database and that one is created automatically.
