I tried to redownload new version and it won't start up I'm growing weary of all the problems please help me out here.

I tried to redownload new version and it won't start up I'm growing weary of all the problems please help me out here.

If you redownload and reinstall it should work. Please try doing so again and make sure that PT3 is shut down before installing, then re-install it over-top of your current installation.
