version expired

i downloaded b14 but exe file dosn't work and when i use the shortcut it still says version expired please get new version etc. What is this?

If the exe file didn't work, please try to redownload it again and install it over-top of your current PT3 installation (make sure that you've shut down PT3 when doing so).
