when i close beta 13/14 i get these message:

Error: Access violation at 0x7C9218D0 (tried to write to 0x00000000), programm terminated.

what happens?

does this happen every time you close down?

has it been happening for a while or just started?

it happens all the time when i close pt3, with beta13 and also with beta14. i remember that it doesnt happen with beta12 and smaller. i deinstalled pt3 for a while and installed it again, after this i have the problems.

check in your o/s' event log to see if there's any more information and post back...

Is there anything obvious at the end of the "c:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log" file after the crash?

what is going on here? i sent tickets and nothing happens...still waiting 8 days for this problem, by an other ticket i wait since june 27.....is that the service i get when i payed $73?

and also it is 2MONTH ago since i payed for PT3 and i still cant use it at everest where i normally play....that unbelievible, nothing else!!!

I'm sorry for the delay, but your tickets will be dealt with - they won't be lost. The guys were away for a few days, so there has been a bit of a lull in processing tickets, but it will be done. There are a few HUD issues still to be fixed, along with a few random crashes like yours, and all the log files we get will be useful, but there won't be a fix released for each one - they will be used together to make the whole program more stable. You should be notified when your issue has been fixed, but you probably won't get a personal response until that point.

yeah thats really fine...waiting, waiting, waiting....and the guys are away....i have the same problems more than 2 months and nothing happens. thanks a lot!!!

quit whining and post the errors your submitted the tickets for here and i'll take a look at them for you... even though you are a customer of theirs, the developers are not their solely at your beckon-and-call; this community tries to help itself...
