PT3 problems on stars

I don't get stats on the table it is giving this problem when I use auto import;

Yesterday he wasn't giving this problem so hope somebody could help me

Is this happening for every hand you try to import now?
If you have a registered version of PT3, try creating a new test DB and import into that, see if that works.

Yes i have a registered PT3, and it is doing it by every hand. Is it also a must that I vacuum the database?

Thanks for you're quick reaction that is why I choose Pokertracker instead of Holdem Manager

It sounds like there' s a problem in the old database. Try clustering it, but make sure you have a back up of the hand histories first. If you don't still have the original hand history files ( in the 'move processed files to' folder) then use Database -> Database Management to "Export" them all.

Otherwise, you may need to re-import into a new database - again, you'll need the hand history files.
