What were the tickets about?
If they are about HUD issues, or others that get reported a lot you may not get an individual response - they may just get closed once the issue is fixed, although I would expect you'd get at least a 'this will be fixed in the next release' response.
You can see the status of your tickets here: My Tickets.

I'm sure your ticket won't be lost - is it still showing as awaiting support?
Feel free to respond to the ticket and say that it is still not working in Beta 14.
What are the issues, please?

There may not be an obvious fix to your issue, but the ticket will not be ignored - we want to get all issues fixed.
Sorry for the delay in responding, but the HUD issues have proved more complex to fix than anticipated.

how does the hud crash exactly? try renaming your layouts.pt3 file to revert to a basic hud for now - see if that helps...

that was one of the 1st things they had me do long long ago.. obv it didnt work.

good news is after 16 days i finally got a response from support hub, but unfortunately just to get new log files.. hopefully next response is quicker...

just so you know, here is the screen shot of the error, this occurred in beta 13, a test beta they gave where they thought it was fixed (beta13.1), and beta 14.

also... happened on my bran new high end pc with vista and my year and a half old (high end at the time) laptop with xp.. both are up to date with windows updates.

also fwiw, i have seen others posting here with the same or at least very similar issue, not just me.

Yes, other people have this error too, we're trying to make sure that we track down all the causes for it, though, not just 1 or 2 of them.
