FTP SnG HUD doesnt work?

[monarco]

Hey Guys,

Someone I know plays SnGs on Full Tilt, but he doesnt get any piece of the HUD, not even the PT-Icon. The HUD works properly in cashgame on FT and in SnGs on Stars, so that shouldnt be a problem as well. The HHs of the SnGs are imported as well and he uses Beta 14. OS is XP. The HHs are in English as well.

What could be the problem here?

edit: The Layouts.pt3 isnt the problem as well. He tried the thing from the Sticky in the General Forum.

I think we've had problems with SNGs on FTP reported before.
