If you think that is some sort of common error ... it isn't. You might want to actually report it as a bug.

I have not seen it posted in the forums before. That doesn't make me right or wrong, but I do spend a bit of time here especially when I'm playing.

In any case it could be something specific to the site, limit, etc. that you play at. I assume this is with a customized HUD and not the default?

Please follow these directions so that we can investigate this and get it fixed.

Please don't assume we know about all of your problems - a lot of the issues only show up on certain computer set ups, and we can only fix things we know about!

Ok, I'll see if I can capture a log next time this happens, which actually is pretty frequently. Sorry for the attitude, I've just been having this problem constantly since I first installed version 3 and assumed with all the HUD issues that it was a known problem. This happens on Full Tilt with the default HUD.

We realise this is frustrating - it is for us too!
We just can't test every possible PC and site configuration to find all the problems that anyone might have.
Any constructive feedback we receive really helps - we do want to get all these issues fixed.
