Import problem!

When I import ipoker hand history in a computer.
It't halt !
like:Time Elaspsed: 2:06:12 (0.1h/s)

but in another computer it' success!

what problem with the import hand history?

and pokertracker 3 can't be closed!
I have to shutdown the computer to close the PT3

Does it always fail on the one computer?
Have you ever managed to import on that computer?
Are they the same hand histories on both computers?
Are you running the same version of PT3 on both - which version(s)?
