PT3 hud performance issues

I am using a customized HUD with 9 statistics displayed. I also play many tables (15+)
Are things going slow because so many hands are importing? is there a way to turn off the import but still get the hud?

to avoid getting too technical too quickly; rename your layouts.pt3 file to revert to a basic hud for now and see if the problem persists... that'll narrow it to your custom hud or your system/pc/network.

what poker room(s) and what game types?

Its poker stars and full tilt, 6max and full ring NL cash.

What does this mean? Where do I go to find the layouts.pt3 file and what do I rename it to?

it's in the poker tracker data folder - rename it to anything and restart pt...
