Import Errors - Missing River .. but hand ended on Turn!

I keep getting import errors like "No river found for game #xxxxxxxx." I get similar errors for missing turns/flops/etc.

Well, I took a closer look and these hands ended prior to the river/turn/flop.

What is going on? This didn't used to happen. Been using PT for several years without issue. Errors happening on PokerStars imports.
