According to PokerStars
During current Hold'em session you were dealt 1485 hands and saw flop...
Poker Tracker only imported 1240 hands.
Is this PT or Pokerstars problem? Should I email stars and get all the HH's?
Just kinda sucks if I lost/won a lot of money in the missing hands and have inaccurate records.

Do you know how many hands PT3 reported as being imported, or are you looking at how many hands are showing in the database?
Did the import report any errors?
Please make sure you have no filters set - click 'Clear'.

During import I sometimes saw messages such as "could not import, because of incomplete hand history" (don't remember the exact wording). As a result PT3 imported less hands than I actually played. Maybe you have a similar problem?
