hud in pt3 only updates some of the players

Hi for some reason pt3 started today only updating some of the playes stats after every hand if u look at the 3 screenshots u can see how many hands each player is logged, the last screenshot shows when the 2 others guys stats are updated. why does pt3 now only update some of the players stats?
btw now the stats for "DaDeviousOne" no longer updates after every hand as it did the first few hands he played at the table

This sounds like a Refresh Rates issue. Please read about refresh rates in the How To: HUD Configuration.
Does that explain it?

Alternatively, are you using stats from more than one database?

no only use one database

ok I think it migth be the refresh rates, does it use more computer power having it refreshed each hand? If I want it to update should I then erase the last 3 refreshrates?

Yes, that's exactly the point. The more hands you have on a player, the less their stats will change with each hand, so you don't need them to update every hand.

Yeah, that's obviously the reason for having refresh rates at all. I remember having the same problem and that it was pretty difficult for me to find out what went wrong. In some thread I read about the refresh rates, but unfortunately the refresh rates UI is not too self-explaining: Refresh what? Min/max what? Refresh every what? A tooltip might help here and the name of the group box should clearly state what's being refreshed here.

Yes, I already suggested that the documentation should explain this more clearly. I think the problem is that poker itself is such a jargon-heavy game already, and the tracker and stats have their own language too. Once you understand it all it is easy to slip into tech-speak and forget that not everyone else understands so well..
