Not recognizing showed hands

I already mentioned that a while ago, but still there has nothing changed: On FullTilt if a player voluntarily shows his hole cards, these are not recorded by PT3. I looked at the hand history that PT3 stores in the db, and found that the information is easily accessible - e.g.:

xyz_player shows [Kc Kd] a pair of Kings

Is there a sound reason why PT3 is not importing that or is this a bug?

Did you create a ticket for this on the Support system and include a hand history?
If you did, it will no doubt be added, but it's probably not a very high priority issue just yet.
